Product Introduction
The Laser Online Size Specification Measurement System is an industrial measurement product that combines hardware and software. In terms of hardware, it uses the latest laser measurement technology for non-contact measurement, with a sampling frequency of 2000HZ and a resolution of 0.01mm, making it more reliable than traditional contact wheel measurements, and it has lower maintenance costs. The temperature stability of the laser probe installation frame is extremely high, maintenance-free, and does not require frequent cleaning of the probe. Additionally, because it is non-contact, it does not require frequent calibration even when applied to high-speed production lines. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, achieving full measurement from edge to edge.
The accompanying software for the product is based on the Windows operating system, featuring powerful functions, including 2D or 3D real-time images, alarm settings, trend chart and historical record viewing, and displaying or printing statistical data.

Design for Harsh Environments
Depending on the application environment, a humorous compressed air blowing system can be used to keep the probe clean and cool.
