Infrared Non-contact Quick Moisture Tester

An online non-contact quick tester based on infrared absorption spectroscopy, capable of testing moisture containing -OH bonds and water-based coatings, polymer material coatings containing -CH bonds, adhesive coatings, film thickness, etc.

The laser on-line size measurement system is an industrial measurement product combining software and hardware. In terms of hardware, the latest laser measurement technology is used for non-contact measurement, the sampling frequency is 2000HZ, the resolution is 0.01mm, which is more reliable than the traditional contact pressure wheel measurement, and the maintenance cost is lower. The temperature stability of the laser probe mounting frame is extremely high, maintenance-free, and does not require frequent cleaning of the probe.
